We want to inform you of an upcoming maintenance period affecting our credit card payment services. Please note the following details of service downtime from Thursday, July 11th, 2024, at 5:00 PM ET to Monday, July 15th, 2024, at 5:00 PM ET.
During this time, members will not be able to make credit card payments through our branch or online banking. To avoid any inconvenience, please make any necessary credit card payments by Thursday, July 11th, 2024, before 4:59 PM ET. If payments are not made by this deadline, members will need to wait until Monday, July 15th, 2024, after 5:00 PM ET to make payments. If you are unable to make your payment by July 11th, please let us know, and we will assist you.
During this period, your credit card will still work for purchases, and you can still view your credit card details in online banking by clicking on your credit card information and using our single sign-on feature. Additionally, if you make any payments through the EZ Card system, these payments will not be affected.
