We’re thrilled to introduce our new mobile app in two short weeks, designed with you in mind! Coming Wednesday, November 13th!
With the app, you’ll have quick and easy access to:
- Face ID and One Time Passcodes: Use biometric authentication for secure and easy logins with Face ID, and enhance security with Two-Factor Authentication for temporary, single-use verification. Set up preferences to fit your needs.
- Set up alerts to monitor your account: Customize real-time alerts to keep track of important account activity. Get notified about balance changes, deposits, withdrawals, and card transactions. Alerts help you stay informed and protect against unauthorized activity.
- View account balances and transfer funds: Instantly view your account balances and easily transfer funds between your accounts. Whether you’re moving money within our credit union or to/from accounts at other financial institutions, it’s all at your fingertips.
- Remote Check Deposit: Deposit checks securely and conveniently by using your smartphone’s camera to capture images of the check. The feature is integrated directly into the app, so you won’t need to log in again, streamlining your banking experience.
- Pay bills from your mobile device: Manage all your bills with ease. Schedule one-time or recurring payments for utilities, credit cards, and other services. You can even add new billers and activate eBills to streamline your payment process.
- Send and receive money using Zelle®: Use Zelle® to send or request money from friends, family, or trusted contacts quickly. Transactions are typically completed within minutes, making it easier to handle shared expenses, reimbursements, and more.
- Manage transfers, payments, and more: Schedule future transfers, view and edit pending payments, and access additional features like Instant Balance for quick balance checks without logging in.

There are a few features that will initially be available only through Online Banking:
- E-Statements: E-Statements will need to be accessed within Online Banking only. You can find them on the homepage, located to the right or below the list of your accounts.
- Credit Card Single Sign On: Please note that the single sign-on feature for credit cards will also only be available through Online Banking for the time being. While we aim to update this feature in the future, members can access the EZCard website by logging into Online Banking and clicking on their “credit card” account, which will take them directly to their credit card details.
